What You'll Learn

Strike with
your whole body.

Muay Thai is a combat sport born in Thailand that turns the whole body into a weapon — fists, elbows, knees, and kicks. You'll drill stance, timing, pad work, and clinch — the four things that separate real Muay Thai from generic kickboxing.

Whether you're a beginner who wants the hardest workout you've ever loved, or a competitive striker sharpening technique, our coaches will meet you where you are. New students always welcome. First class on us.

Why Members Stay

More than a workout.

Full-body strength and endurance

Intense drills and rounds push every energy system — lean muscle, cardio, agility, coordination.

Mental focus under fatigue

You learn to think clearly when you're tired. That skill follows you everywhere else.

Sportsmanship and respect

Thai gyms run on respect — training partners, coaches, the art itself. Same here.

Defense you can actually use

Stance, distance, and timing that works in a real situation — not choreographed.

A real community

Muay Thai attracts committed people. Training partners become friends fast.

Kids Muay Thai too

Dedicated kids classes at HQ and Shawnessy — focus, discipline, and a ton of fun.

Your First Class

No pressure. Just
pad work and footwork.

Your free trial Muay Thai class starts with the basics — stance, footwork, jab-cross, teep, and a short round of pad work with a coach or experienced partner. No sparring on day one. No pressure to buy anything. Just an honest first look at what a Muay Thai class actually feels like.

Wear athletic clothes, bring water, arrive ten minutes early so we can get you comfortable. We'll have gloves and wraps you can use.
